Have you ever walked past an IKEA showroom and thought, “I like that look, but that [insert furniture type here] isn’t my style”? Needless to say, these recommendations are always open for interpretation and serve as fodder for how your living space might look.
Now that you’re spending much more time at home, IKEA proposes you change it up too—but there’s no need to give it a complete reno. Simply switching up one item at a time might give your room the new pop of color it needs.
These minuscule suggestions are portrayed in eye-catching patterned posters, depicting the same rooms, by IKEA Saudi Arabia and Leo Burnett KSA. In each panel, something from that room looks different, such as the artwork or rug. You can easily replace accents to fit ever-changing tastes or lifestyles. As IKEA posits in the mockups, “There is always room for change.”
The visuals also suggest how someone’s room or home can evolve along with that person, from youth to maturity. Check them out below.
