Häagen-Dazs’ ‘Crispy Sandwich-Flavored Milkshakes’ Will Conquer The Summer Heat
By Yoon Sann Wong, 12 Jul 2018
Häagen-Dazs has rolled out three, limited edition ‘Crispy Sandwich-Flavored Milkshakes’ that will help those in Tokyo, Japan beat the summer heat.
The milkshakes come in flavors ‘Caramel Classic’, ‘Hojicha Wa no Ka’, and ‘Triple Berry Rare Cheese’ that are available exclusively at its recently opened Häagen-Dazs Crispy Sandwich Beach Café in Omotesando, Tokyo.
Every beverage is not only blended with real crispy sandwiches, but also topped with half a crispy sandwich plus whipped cream.
‘Caramel Classic’ offers a hint of bitterness and crunchiness by way of its caramel nut topping, while ‘Hojicha Wa no Ka’ is flavored with roasted green tea and contains black sugar as well as red beans. ‘Triple Berry Rare Cheese’, which could be the most summer-appropriate of the three, offers a pleasant sweet-sour aroma from its berries.
The drinks are priced between JP¥700 and JP¥800 (US$6 to US$7) each and will be available from 10 July to 29 July.
