Dunkin’ Donuts Reduces 10% Of Its Menu That Might Include Your Favorite Item
By Izza Sofia, 10 Jan 2018

Dunkin’ Donuts has rolled out a smaller menu starting Monday; in hopes of a speedier and more accurate service.
The reduced lineup has been launched in New England and upstate New York, and will reach the rest of its outlets nationwide by end March says USA Today.
According to Boston, the company will analyze feedback from customers to decide whether the move should be implemented permanently.
“On a regional basis, there will continue to be local favorites carried and we can always consider adding items back on a national or regional basis if we see strong demand,” the brand explained in an email.
Boston states that Dunkin’ will be approaching this testing period “very slowly and strategically.”
“Our menu simplification effort is all about taking out complexities that have crept into our restaurants over the last several years,” the statement reads.
“We believe that simplifying our menu will result in faster, more accurate service and a more consistent consumer experience from store to store.”
“Slower-moving” food items that will be taken off the menu include the Turkey Cheddar Bacon Sandwich, Ham and Cheddar Sandwich, Big N’ Toasted Breakfast Sandwich, Angus Steak and Egg Breakfast Sandwich, flatbreads, muffins, bagel and cream cheese combinations, as well as peach-, caramel- and mocha-flavored coffee shots.
