How do you ensure you don’t start your day on the wrong foot? Avoid wearing physically impossible shoes, for starters. Contrary to popular belief, they’re not all made for functional use.
Twitter user Morimatsu was on the lookout for new shoes on the internet and came across a pair of uncomfortable-looking red high heels that are so tall, you’d be equally high to wear them on a regular day.
The illustrator couldn’t fathom how she would be able to uphold her posture if she had these pumps on, so she sketched a couple of recommended standing positions for those keen to have them.
This quickly started an internet contest for creativity, and Japanese netizens began putting their right foot forward by suggesting some possible wearers and functions for these unbelievable heels.
The Japanese always have a way of toeing the line. Have a laugh at the memes below and check out more on BuzzFeed Japan.
